3 Convenient Shipping & Delivery Option to Meet Your Needs
When you purchase items from The Rusty Crickett, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive them. That’s why we offer three convenient shipping and delivery options.
1. Curbside Pickup
Cost: Free
This option is ideal for customers in the Sarasota-Bradenton area who want to save money on shipping. Simply choose the “curbside delivery” option at checkout. You’ll receive an email with a link that will allow you to choose a 15-minute time slot on the day that’s most convenient for you.
When your day and time arrive, come to our shop (2300 Whitfield Park Drive, Unit K1 Sarasota, FL 34243) and take advantage of the free parking in the adjoining lot. Upon arrival, text 941-745-3131 to let us know you’re here. One of our associates will bring out your package and place it in your vehicle.
2. Local Delivery
Cost: Flat $5 fee.
Local delivery is available to customers within a 10-mile radius of our shop (2300 Whitfield Park Drive Sarasota, FL 34243). Choose “local delivery” at checkout and your package will be hand-delivered by one of our staff members on the next delivery day.
We deliver packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and you can expect your items to arrive no later than 6 pm.
3. Priority Shipping
Cost: Calculated based on weight and distance.
All of our orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. While we do our best to get your packages out as quickly as possible, please give us up to three business days to process your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can expect to receive your package within two to three days after your tracking number arrives.
Every package we ship is fully insured. In the rare event that you do not receive your package or your item arrives damaged, please complete our Shipping and Returns Contact Form. We value your business and will make things right by promptly sending you a replacement.
IMPORTANT: Be certain to select the correct option for your situation!
If you’re not a local customer and you choose curbside pickup or local delivery, we will reach out to you to confirm your shipping preference. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours, your order will be canceled, and you’ll receive a refund.
